If you are trying to register a new account but the system gives you this error:
the "APIKEY" field is already registered.
it means that you are trying to register an account probably from a not properly clean PrestaShop.
We don’t recommend you to do this because it is not good practice, but to solve the problem you can do this:
- you have to delete the APIKEY from the PrestaShop configuration table, the record corresponding to GLOTIO_API_KEY.
- You can do it with PHPMyAdmin, which is the most common tool.
