Multishop is disabled in Glotio
If you have configured the PrestaShop multi-shop, it’s impossible to use Glotio. Glotio doesn’t support this kind of shop and we don’t allow you to sign up in order to avoid future errors. For this reason, when you try to sign up, it appears an error message: We have detected that your shop is multishop. We currently do not support these types of shops. Read the FAQ for more information.
We are working on a version where we can support multistore correctly, until then the registration of new multi stores will remain disabled.
