The update can’t end because your translation character balance is about to run out.
Congratulations, we can see that your shop is growing!
Due to this growth, it can happen that an update does not take place. With each update, Glotio detects that there are new texts to translate and if you exceed the monthly or annual balance of your plan, Glotio will send you an email to let you know that the update could not be completed because there is not enough balance.
In order for Glotio to finish translating the pending text, you have several options:
- Upgrade to a higher plan or contact us for a Corporate plan.
- You update manually by paying for the extra characters (at a higher cost). Check the prices here
- You wait for the balance to be reactivated the following month. Remember that with the annual plan, you can use all the characters in your balance whenever and however you want.
If the character balance of your plan is close to running out and the new content already exceeds the remaining balance, Glotio interrupts the translation process because it cannot leave a translation half-finished.
