How to view and edit your data
To be able to see your profile data, you can access the User settings menu or by clicking on the top right, your profile will appear, which you can change at any time.
Once you have translated at least once, you can update your email address to gain access to your account. It’s not possible to use the same email address for more than one account.
How to change/ You forget your password
Once you created your personal profile in Glotio, on the login page, enter your email address and click on Reset Password. You will receive a link by email to log in again.
If you want to change your current password, simply click on Password Settings in My Profile Area and change it.
How to delete your account
Given the type of service provided by Glotio, the right of withdrawal will not be applied according to article 103, section m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
In that sense, the Service must be paid in full, in advance and will not contemplate refunds of any kind, neither partial nor total.
The Service acquired may not be assigned or transferred to other users thereof.
In any case, the user may unsubscribe at any time. In case of doubt, contact us at: legal@glotio.com.
